Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use your luxurious foot soak:
* Prepare Your Space: Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can relax undisturbed. You might want to have a towel and a chair or stool nearby.
* Fill a Basin: Fill a foot basin or any large container with warm water. The water should be deep enough to fully cover your feet.
* Add the Foot Soak: Sprinkle in the foot soak. Approximately 1/3 of a 150g packet but feel free to add more or less according to your liking.
* Stir the Water: Swirl the water around to help dissolve the foot soak and evenly distribute the ingredients.
* Soak Your Feet: Gently place your feet in the water. Make sure the water isn't too hot to avoid any discomfort.
* Relax and Soak: Allow your feet to soak for about 15-20 minutes. This is the perfect time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the soothing effects of the foot soak.
* Dry Your Feet: After soaking, carefully remove your feet from the water and pat them dry with a towel. Make sure to dry thoroughly, especially between the toes.
* Moisturise: If you like, you can finish off with a foot cream or lotion to keep your feet soft and moisturised.
* Storage: Cool & dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Tips: To fully enjoy this luxurious relaxing experience, we recommend to pour foot soak directly into warm water and soak your feet amongst the beautiful botanicals. Alternatively, to minimise the mess, you can choose to pour foot soak in a muslin or cotton pouch and dip it into the warm water. At the end of the foot bath, simply clean out the botanicals, rinse, dry and re-use the pouch next time.
